These Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of the OLI.am website, the ordering of products from OLI, and the sale relationship between the buyer and OLI.

The OLI.am online retail store is operated by __LEGAL_NAME__.

By ordering a product from OLI, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them within the limits permitted by applicable law.

These terms do not limit the mandatory rights reserved to consumers under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

1. About OLI

OLI is an online retail store through which customers may select and order the products offered for sale on the website.

OLI is the seller of the products sold to the customer on the OLI.am website and is responsible to the customer for processing the order, payment, delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds, in accordance with these terms, the relevant policies published on the website, and applicable law.

Customers purchase products from OLI.

OLI may use third-party supply, warehousing, delivery, payment, technical, and other services to carry out its activities.

That does not change the sale relationship between the buyer and OLI.

2. Use of the website

When using OLI.am you undertake to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes,
• not attempt to disrupt the operation of the website or its security systems,
• not use another person’s data without an appropriate legal basis.

OLI may restrict access to the website or an account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, a security threat, or a breach of law, within the limits of applicable law.

3. User account and sign-in

Identification may be required to use some of OLI’s functions.

Sign-in may be carried out using a one-time confirmation code sent to an email address.

The user is responsible for protecting access to their email and OLI account.

If you believe that your account or email may be used without authorisation, please notify OLI as soon as possible.

4. Products

OLI presents on the website the main characteristics, description, price, and other available information about the products offered for sale.

We aim to present product descriptions, characteristics, and images as accurately as possible.

Minor differences in a product’s colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing variations, or other technical reasons, provided they do not change the product’s essential characteristics or contradict the terms of the order.

If the product received does not materially correspond to the order or has a defect, OLI’s Return & Refund Policy and the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia apply.

5. Product origin and supply

OLI’s range may include products manufactured or supplied in Armenia or abroad.

The fact that a product is supplied from abroad does not mean that the customer is purchasing from a foreign supplier.

The seller to the customer is OLI.

If the law requires origin, manufacturer, safety, or other mandatory information to be provided for a particular product, the relevant information is provided in accordance with the applicable requirements.

6. Prices and currency

The price payable for a product is shown during order placement and is confirmed before payment.

If informational values in different currencies are shown on the website, the final amount and currency for payment are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

The final amount applied for card payment in the Republic of Armenia is shown in the payment process, in accordance with the relevant payment system and applicable requirements.

If the product price changes before the order is placed, the price shown at the time of the order’s final confirmation applies.

7. Obviously incorrect prices or technical errors

Although we aim to ensure the accuracy of information about prices and products, technical or obvious errors may occur.

If an obviously incorrect price, a technical error, or materially incorrect information about a product is found in an order, OLI may contact the buyer to clarify the issue.

If the order cannot be fulfilled because of such an error, OLI may cancel the order and refund the corresponding amount already paid.

This provision does not limit the consumer’s rights provided by law.

8. Placing an order

When placing an order, the buyer must provide accurate data needed to process the order and arrange delivery.

Before final confirmation of the order, the buyer is given the opportunity to check the main order details, including the product, quantity, price, and information needed for delivery.

After the order is submitted, OLI may send an electronic message about receipt or confirmation of the order.

9. Formation of the contract

The buyer’s submission of an order is an offer to buy the relevant product.

The contract of sale is considered concluded at the moment when OLI confirms acceptance of the order or otherwise begins to fulfil the order, in accordance with applicable law and the order process presented on the website.

An automatic technical message acknowledging receipt of the order may not, by itself, constitute final acceptance of the order, unless the message clearly states otherwise.

10. Acceptance or rejection of an order

OLI may, within the limits permitted by law, refuse to accept or may cancel an order if:

• the product is not in fact available,
• payment has failed or has not been confirmed,
• the data provided are obviously incorrect or insufficient to fulfil the order,
• there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse,
• there is an obvious technical or pricing error,
• fulfilment of the order is impossible for a legal reason or another reason reasonably independent of OLI.

If money has already been collected for such an order and OLI is obliged to refund it, the corresponding refund is arranged in accordance with applicable law and OLI’s Return & Refund Policy.

11. Payment

The payment methods available at OLI are shown during checkout.

For card payments, processing of payment data may take place in the secure environment of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

OLI does not require the customer to pay unknown third parties outside the payment process officially presented on the website.

The order may remain in “awaiting payment” status until payment is successfully confirmed.

12. Order confirmation

After a successful order and, where applicable, a successful payment, OLI may send the buyer an electronic order-confirmation message.

The buyer must check the main order details and, in the event of an obvious error, contact OLI as soon as possible.

13. Delivery

OLI currently accepts orders intended for delivery in the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with the shipping conditions available on the website.

Delivery methods, approximate timeframes, cost, and other applicable conditions are set out in OLI’s Shipping Policy and/or during checkout.

Delivery timeframes may depend on the type of product, availability, and supply and delivery conditions.

If delivery cannot be carried out within the period provided by law or contract, the buyer is provided with the rights set out in applicable law.

14. Delivery address and data provided by the buyer

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and other necessary data during the order.

If delivery is delayed or becomes impossible because of incorrect or incomplete data provided by the buyer, OLI may contact the buyer to correct the data.

Any additional costs arising in such cases may be placed on the buyer only within the limits permitted by applicable law and with appropriate prior notice.

15. Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order before the stage of the delivery process at which cancellation is no longer possible, please contact OLI as soon as possible.

Whether an order can be cancelled depends on the current status of the order and the consumer’s rights provided by law.

The order reaching the delivery or receipt stage does not remove the consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, if that right applies to the product in question.

16. 14-day withdrawal and return right

In the cases provided by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract of sale concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving a reason.

In the case of a product sale, that period is, as a rule, calculated from the moment the product is actually received by the consumer or by a person indicated by the consumer, taking into account the features and exclusions provided by law.

The conditions of return, products that cannot be returned, return-shipping costs, and the refund procedure are set out in detail in OLI’s Return & Refund Policy.

These terms do not limit the rights provided by that policy or by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

17. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If the buyer has received a damaged, defective, poor-quality, incorrect, or non-conforming product, the buyer must contact OLI.

Depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law, appropriate remedies may apply, including replacement of the product, remedy of the defect, a price reduction, or a full or partial refund.

18. Refunds

Refunds are made in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia and OLI’s Return & Refund Policy.

As a rule, a refund is initiated using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or the applicable payment system requires another lawful procedure.

After OLI has initiated the refund, the time it takes for the amount to appear on the card or account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.

19. Promotions, discounts, and promo codes

OLI may from time to time offer discounts, promotions, or promo codes.

Separate conditions may apply to them, including a validity period, applicable products, a minimum order value, or usage limits.

Any special conditions of a promotion, if they exist, are presented with the relevant offer.

Promotions and discounts do not limit the consumer’s rights provided by law.

20. Intellectual property

The structure of the OLI.am website, texts created by OLI, graphic elements, design, software components, trademarks, and other protected materials may be the intellectual property of OLI or of the relevant rights holders.

Their use is permitted only within the limits allowed by law or with the permission of the relevant rights holder.

Some product images or descriptions may be provided by the relevant manufacturers, suppliers, or other rights holders.

21. Prohibited use

It is not permitted to:

• use the website for unlawful activity,
• attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the website, servers, or other users’ data,
• deliberately spread harmful software code,
• interfere with the normal operation of the website,
• abuse the website’s services by automated means,
• place fraudulent or fictitious orders.

OLI may, within the limits of applicable law, restrict access to accounts or orders connected with such activity.

22. Availability of the website

We aim to keep OLI.am operating continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee that the website will work at all times without technical interruption.

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of technical maintenance, updates, security measures, or reasons outside OLI’s reasonable control.

This provision does not limit OLI’s obligations arising from contracts already concluded or from applicable law.

23. Liability

OLI is liable for its obligations within the limits provided by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.

No provision of these terms excludes or limits any liability of OLI that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

OLI is not liable for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer, to the extent that the problem is in fact caused by that information.

24. Circumstances independent of OLI

Fulfilment of an order may be affected by circumstances outside OLI’s reasonable control, for example natural disasters, state restrictions, material disruptions of transport systems, war, emergency situations, or other similar events.

In such situations OLI will take reasonable steps to inform the buyer and to fulfil its obligations as properly as possible.

This provision does not remove the consumer’s rights that are mandatorily provided by applicable law.

25. Protection of personal data

OLI’s collection and processing of personal data are governed by OLI’s Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.

The Privacy Policy must be available on the OLI.am website.

26. Return and shipping policies

Together with these terms, an order may also be subject to OLI’s:

• Shipping Policy,
• Return & Refund Policy,
• Privacy Policy,
• Cookie Policy, if it is published separately,
• special conditions of a particular offer or promotion, if any exist.

These documents must be interpreted together with one another and in accordance with applicable law.

27. Changes to the terms

OLI may change these terms from time to time to take account of changes in services, technologies, business processes, or the law.

The current version is published on this page.

Changes are not applied retroactively in a way that would unreasonably limit rights already acquired by the consumer in connection with a completed order or a concluded contract.

28. Governing law

These terms and the relationship between OLI and the buyer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

This provision does not limit the mandatory protection measures granted to the consumer by applicable law.

29. Resolution of disputes and complaints

If you have a problem or complaint about an order or OLI’s services, please contact OLI first so that we can try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

These terms do not limit the consumer’s right to apply to a court, a state authority, or to use other means of protection provided by law.
