OLI
Delivery Terms
Delivery area, methods, timeframes, and how shipping cost is calculated for orders placed through OLI.
This section sets out the main delivery terms, methods, timeframes, and principles for calculating the delivery cost of orders placed through __LEGAL_NAME__ (hereinafter OLI).
1. Delivery area
Orders placed through OLI are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
When placing an order, the customer specifies a delivery address in the Republic of Armenia or an available pickup point, depending on the delivery options offered for that order.
Within this service, OLI does not carry out delivery outside the Republic of Armenia.
2. Delivery process
After the order and payment are successfully confirmed, OLI starts processing the order.
The overall delivery process may include the following stages:
- order confirmation,
- ordering the product from the supplier,
- transporting the product from the supplier to the relevant warehouse in China,
- international transport from China to Armenia,
- handover of the order to the customer or to the relevant pickup point.
Information about the order status is provided to the customer when it is available. If a tracking number is available, it may also be provided to the customer.
3. Delivery methods and approximate timeframes
When placing an order, the customer may be offered the following delivery methods.
Air delivery
Approximate timeframe: 5–11 working days from the moment the product is received at the relevant warehouse in China.
Rate: 8,000 AMD/kg, and 7,850 AMD/kg when the billed weight is 3 kg or more.
Ground delivery
Approximate timeframe: 1.5–2 months from the moment the product is received at the relevant warehouse in China.
Rate: 3,500 AMD/kg.
Sea delivery
Approximate timeframe: 2.5–3.5 months from the moment the product is received at the relevant warehouse in China.
Rate: 1,500 AMD/kg. The minimum delivery charge up to 1 kg is 1,500 AMD.
At the time the order is placed, the customer is shown the delivery method available for that order and the applicable delivery fee.
4. How delivery timeframes are calculated
The timeframes stated above are calculated from the moment the product is received at the relevant warehouse in China, not from the moment the customer pays for the order.
Additional time may be required to transport the product from the supplier to the warehouse in China and to process the order.
Delivery timeframes are approximate and are not a guaranteed deadline. They may change due to circumstances outside OLI’s direct control, including carrier workload, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, international logistics restrictions, or other objective reasons.
OLI undertakes to inform the customer of material delays within the information available to OLI.
5. Delivery cost
The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and the billed weight applied to the order.
If a free-delivery offer or threshold applies to the order, the delivery cost on the checkout page may be shown as 0 AMD.
Before payment is confirmed, the customer is shown the delivery fee that applies to the order at that time.
6. Weight calculation
Depending on the type of product and the conditions of carriage, the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the product may be used to calculate delivery.
Volumetric weight is calculated using the following formula:
Length × Width × Height (cm) / 5000
If a different weight must be used for the final delivery calculation than the weight calculated from the data available at the time of the original order, the customer is informed of the relevant difference and of the next steps before any additional charge is collected.
Without the customer’s consent, OLI does not collect an additional delivery charge beyond the confirmed order amount.
7. Customs procedures
During international delivery, the order may be subject to customs procedures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
If additional customer data or documents are required for customs clearance of the order, OLI or the relevant service may contact the customer using the phone number or email address provided with the order.
If, by law, customs duties, taxes, or other mandatory charges payable by the customer arise for the order, the customer is informed of them in advance when that information is available to OLI.
8. Receiving the order
When placing an order, the customer must provide an accurate and complete name, phone number, and delivery address.
If delivery is delayed or becomes impossible because of incorrect or incomplete data, OLI contacts the customer to resolve the issue.
The order is considered delivered after the fact of handover is recorded in the system of the relevant carrier or pickup service.
9. Delivery delay
If the order does not arrive within the stated approximate timeframe, the customer may contact OLI support and provide the order number.
OLI will check the order status and provide the customer with the information available.
A delivery delay does not by itself mean that the order is lost or automatically cancelled.
10. Lost or damaged order
If the order is lost or damaged during transport, the customer must notify OLI as soon as possible.
Each case is reviewed separately on the basis of information provided by the carrier and the supplier. If it is confirmed that the product was lost or damaged before handover to the customer, the relevant procedures set out in OLI’s Return & Refund Policy apply.
11. Contact
For questions about delivery, the customer may contact OLI support and provide the order number.
